NOIM Witnessing in Mackay
If you need your Notice of Intended Marriage witnessed in Mackay, we can help.
If you are booking us for your marriage, start with the Get Married link first. If you already have the form ready and just need witnessing help, contact us.
What to bring
- your completed NOIM
- your birth certificate or passport
- photo ID if required
- divorce papers or a death certificate if you have been married before
- translations if any documents are not in English
If you still need to prepare the form, use NOIM Easy.
What happens at the appointment
We check the form, sight the documents, answer any obvious paperwork questions, and witness the signatures where appropriate.
Important to know
- The NOIM still needs to be given to your celebrant at least one month before the marriage.
- The witness appointment does not confirm your marriage date.
- Your marriage date, time, and place are only confirmed after the paperwork is received and availability is checked.
Need help after the form is witnessed?
See requirements, ID requirements, or contact us if something is unclear.
